1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Gmail Admin AI Agent, operated by Zora Digital (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Gmail Admin AI Agent is a web application that allows users who sign in with Google to:
- Connect their Google account via OAuth and authorize access to Gmail
- Load and analyze a limited set of email messages for a calendar day you select (subject to per-run limits described in the product)
- Receive AI-generated summaries and suggestions about mail content, including recommendations about messages you may move to Trash
- Move selected messages to Gmail Trash and use assistant features that may send mail or change labels, according to the permissions you grant and the actions you take in the app
- Optionally log fetch progress to a file on the server when that feature is enabled in configuration
The service depends on third parties (including Google and, when enabled, AI providers). Features, limits, and availability may change.
3. Sign-in and sessions
3.1 Google account
Access requires a Google account and completion of Google’s OAuth consent flow. You agree to:
- Use only Google accounts you are authorized to use
- Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs through your session after you sign in
- Sign out or revoke access if you lose control of your device or suspect unauthorized use
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3.3 Session and availability
The application may use browser cookies and server-side session storage to keep you signed in for a limited time. Server restarts or configuration changes may end your session. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3.4 Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
- Use the service to access or harm another person’s data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or Google accounts
- Use automated means to abuse the service, Gmail, or related APIs beyond reasonable human use
- Use AI-assisted features to generate or send unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content
5. Your email content and data
5.1 Ownership
You retain your rights in your email and related content. We process your information only as needed to provide the service you request.
5.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for decisions you make in Gmail (including moving messages to Trash or sending mail) and for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
5.3 No archive obligation
We are not a backup or archiving service. You should retain important correspondence in Gmail or elsewhere as appropriate.
6. AI features
Summaries, suggestions, and assistant responses may use third-party AI services (for example, OpenAI) when configured. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing AI output before taking action (including deleting mail or sending replies)
- Providing the service may require sending portions of your prompts or message-related text to our AI provider subject to our Privacy Policy
- We do not guarantee availability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI features
- AI usage may be subject to rate limits or quotas
7. Fees
The web application may be offered without a separate charge from Zora Digital; third-party services (Google, AI providers, hosting) may impose their own costs or terms. If we introduce paid plans or fees, we will describe them before they apply.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 Our IP
The service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Zora Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your own internal or personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9. Third-party services
Our service integrates with third parties, including for example:
- Google (OAuth sign-in and Gmail API)
- OpenAI (or another AI provider we configure) for AI features
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the application
Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third parties’ actions or policies. By using our service, you acknowledge these integrations.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results (including AI output) will be accurate or reliable for your situation
- Any defects will be corrected
- The service will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORA DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zora Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or third party
- Your email content or how you use Gmail through the service
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
14. Changes to service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zora Digital regarding the service.
